Accounts and Administration Executive
Bekasi (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:
Reporting to Country Manager, the successful candidate can look forward to an exciting career opportunity with excellent remuneration. As the Accounts and Administration Executive, you will be given the exposure to work in tandem with the Country Manager to bring this business to a greater height. Duties and responsibilities include:
  • Work with minimum supervision to perform various accounting and office functions such as closing of monthly accounts, fixed assets management, preparation & analyzing of monthly financial reports (Trial Balance, Profit and Loss Accounts, Balance Sheet and Cash flows) for submission to regional HQ in Singapore.
  • Preparation of invoices, documentation and purchase orders.
  • Filing Monthly / Quarterly Income Tax and other returns to governmental bodies.
  • Manage Accounts Payables and payments.
  • Maintain Accounts Receivable and work with Country Manager on collection. Reconcile collection against invoices.
  • Inventory management and liaise with third party operators for delivery to customers.
  • Preparation of Bank Reconciliation, Statement
  • Administer employee expenses reimbursement.
  • Prepare weekly sales report for submission to Regional HQ in Singapore.
  • Preparation of Audit Schedules, bankers and company secretary.
  • Answering phone calls and office supplies management and housekeeping.
  • Perform other related ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting B.com / M.com with at least 4 ~ 5 years of relevant experience in handling full set of accounting and willing to be hands-on.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word is a MUST)
  • Good command of English both written and oral
  • Familiar with local tax structures and regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel and Words is a must)
  • Proactive, independent, fast learner and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines are pre-requisites to this position.
