Factory Manager
Jawa Barat - Cibitung

Responsibilities:

• Developing manufacturing and operational strategic plans and generally overseeing their implementation to ensure maximum capacity utilization of the manufacturing units towards achieving the company strategy, growth and profit objectives.
• Responsible for formulating policies, programs, and objectives affecting the schedule, quality, and cost of manufactured products. Directing and co-coordinating production according to quality and quantity specifications within cost objectives.
• Oversee planning and implementation of production plans including receiving sales forecasts; requisition for procurement of raw materials; and manufacturing of products (Maintains the flow production, quality system, process flow PPC, warehouse management, and system maintenance)
• Identify and adapt technological advances to meet the company competitive objectives within the marketplace.
• Lead the implementation of new manufacturing initiatives, including strategic resource allocation and applying good manufacturing principles, organization structure, leadership, sourcing and integration, production systems and techniques for improved efficiencies and adherence to best practice
• Providing strong leadership to the employees at the plants, ensuring high morale, team work and good employee relations, at all levels, including on the shop floor.
• Ensuring all divisions within the manufacturing area are properly staffed and co-coordinated to perform duties effectively.
• Promoting the development of favorable employee relations to further the organization's production of quality goods
• Ensuring “Management by Objectives” process systematically applied within all Manufacturing plants.
• Ensuring compliance to all group systems, guidelines & policies.
• Create a high performance, fair and exciting work environment that provides motivation and development opportunities for the teams

Requirements:

• Male,35-40 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from Engineering Major study from reputable University
• Having knowledge and experience in the field of Pumps, Valves or Rotating Equipment
• Preferably withexperience working in the manufacturing sector and knowledge of engine
• Understanding of System Maintenance and Warehouse Management
• Understanding the Process Flow PPC
• Understanding the Quality System and Flow of Production
• Honesty, perseverance and able to work under pressure
• English proficiency is a must, both oral and written
• Have managerial skills and good leadership
• Will be placed in Cibitung
