Recruitment & Training Leader
Cikarang (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Integration
  • Develop and administer personnel procedures related to hiring & integration.
  • Implement Group’s policies (international talent recruitment guidelines) with regard to any process of hiring & integrating talent.
  • Write and place employment advertisement. Recruit, screen and refer applicants to appropriate division management for final selection. Verify references before employment and coordinate compensation offers.
  • Coordinate & facilitate contacts with external service provider (recruitment agencies, career services, communication agencies, etc).
  • Attract the best candidates by promoting L’Oreal as a preffered employer in all markets. Create strong partnership with universities, support campus management events and activities: handle logistics for career fairs, set up enganging presentation, conduct attractive business games to create, maintain & develop attraction to L’Oreal.
  • Monitor & manage recruitment budgets and expenses.
 
Training & Talent Development
 
  • Develop and administer personnel procedures related to training and talent development.
  • Implement Group’s policies with regard to any process of training & developing talent.
  • Identify and asses individual and/or collective training needs,
  • Draw up an annual training plan, propose it to the Management and put it into operation.
  • Coordinate & facilitate execution of trainings, seminars, learning events and conferences.
  • Organise logistical issues: venue, transport & accomodation, travel arrangements, liaise with internal/external trainers/speakers, consultants and experts.
  • Create and update presentation files and training materials for training events.
  • Update and carry out administration on the training offer and ensure regular reporting.
  • Monitor & manage training budgets and expenses.
  • Find and select external training bodies correspond to the criteria defined for each of the training actions to be carried out.
  • Design and develop internal training actions: formalizing the teaching objectives and resources of training in collaboration with operational experts.
  • Schedule and organise training sessions internally and externally.
  • Introduce appraisal tools (qualitative and quantitative) for the different training actions intended for employees.
  • Summarise the various items of information relating to training.
  • Carry out administration and update HR tools to ensure quality and accuracy of databases.
  • Prepare and support Mid Year & End Year Review process.

Requirements:
 
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from Psychology or equivalent.
  • Having minimum 5 years working experience in related field.
  • Strong command in English both written and spoken.
  • Strong command in Microsoft Office.
  • Having strong skill in using competency based interview technique and training management skill.
  • Willing to work in Cikarang.
