We are tire industry company located at a unique landscape near mountain side in Sub Country Citeureup Bogor city, three kilometers north of the Sentul International Circuit with a total area of 127,000 sqm of land. Our product range is from High Performance Passenger Car Radial Tyre, Light Truck Radial Tyre as well as Light Truck to Truck and Buses Conventional Tyres. Due to rapid expansion, we would like to invite interested candidates to apply for: Export – Import Staff Jawa Barat Responsibilities: Prepare and handle export documentation and have knowledge about invoice, certificate of origin, packing list, and other export documentation. Proactively monitoring of product routing, labeling/packing, trucking, export customs clearance process, shipping, until the cargo arrives. Responsible for arranging shipments, preparing and confirming order approval, handling pricing information and releasing invoices. Coordinate shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries. Fill out import-export documentation, compile carrier and route assignments, compute international fees for each shipment and keep track of shipment payments and quotas Follow up goods availability to meet export delivery plan date. Arrange and follow up export/ import shipment process and documentations. Arrange export / import license for certain products as required. Requirements: Male/Female. Diploma or University graduate. Having minimum 1 year experience in handling shipping ( export – import ) and banking documents. Excellent command of spoken and written English. Proficient in Accounting matters and Microsoft Office application (Word, Ms Excel/Pivot table, Power Point). Can work independently with team work spirit. Experience in EXIM import, strong in administrational work. Experience in Manufacturing in any line of industry. Having good understanding in Export-Import Regulation and Procedure. Fluently in English, both oral and written. Result & detailed oriented person. Able to work under limited dateline. Good interpersonal & communication skills.
