Our client seeks to hire experienced, ambitious and career minded professionals as: General Manager Operations Rigid Plastic Packaging Manufacturing Company Cikarang (Jawa Barat) - Jababeka Responsibilities: Report directly to SEA GM and indirectly to Regional President in India Will supervise several managers, e.g. Finance, Administration, Supply Chain, Sales Productions, Operations Requirements: Indonesians, Male, 38 – 45 years old Education: minimum S1 Degree in Engineering from local or overseas university Currently holding a General Manager position with overall responsibilities to manage manufacturing operations, new projects development, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Administration, Supply Chain, Sales Production and Operations within a rigid plastic packaging manufacturing company Hands-on experience with rigid plastic packaging industry; Dealing with customer in cosmetic market both local and MNC Experienced in manufacturing operations and able to supervise production, quality, supply chain and understand finance Strong technical expertise related with manufacturing of rigid plastic packaging Proven experience in developing new clients (managing all aspects of Sales and Marketing, and new projects development) Strong leadership Fluent in English both oral and writing Able to work under pressure in order to reach the company target Our Client offers a very attractive salary / benefits in commensurate with qualification & experience.
