Requirements:

Male (age max. 37 years old)

Bachelor Degree from reputable universities majoring in Law/Management/Physcology with GPA : minimum 2.75 (scale 4)

Good communication, leadership skill and interpersonal skill

Effective spoken and written in English, Japanese is an advantage

Computer literate MS Office is must

Good knowledge in Indonesia Labor Regulation and related legal requirements

Good knowledge in Recruitment, Payroll, Training and Industrial relationship

High degree of social sensitivity in handling society relationship

Having at least 5 years experience in HRGA especially at Japanese Company
-
Willing to be based at West Karawang
