IT Executive - Application Support
(Genting Highlands Resort)

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operational support of IT systems
• Able to be teamed up with colleagues to perform IT systems support functions
• Perform small to medium scale IT project management and implementation
• Participate actively in process documentations as well as policies and procedures enforcements
• Monitor and ensure service level agreement (SLA) is met
• Liaise with vendors to ensure contract fulfillment is performed
• Able to work within tight schedule and meeting deadlines

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• 1-2 years’ experience in supporting Enterprise Applications environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication in English
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, pro-active, resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply as training will be provided
