We are, a PMA in bakery industry, looking for dynamic and talented candidates to be placed in CIBITUNG, BEKASI to join our team as: HR Recruitment & Training Bekasi (Jawa Barat) - CIBITUNG Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent. Required skill(s): familiar with psychological assessment tools (conducting interviews, administration, psychological test, and prepare reports ), Passionate in training development, such as; Training Need Analysis. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in CIBITUNG. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available.
