Responsibilities

The main responsibilities will include:

- Undertake the implementation of business application system
- Set, Implement and manage systems procedure and IT policies
- Set IT guidelines, creating IT awareness amongst management & end users, training/support for ERP Software, third party software and to maintain and ensure that the day-to-day system operation run smoothly.
- Recommend new hardware, software and networking solutions.
- Annual budgeting and proposals to enhance business cost effectiveness & reliability of IT Operations
 

Requirements

- Must have experience working in Multinational Company with at least 4 years of team management experience.
- Degree holder with minimum 10 years of related Information Technology experience.
- Experience in managing IT operations in a manufacturing or agricultural environment.
- Experience in implementing process improvements and align IT to business goals.
- Proactive self-starter with an analytical and creative mind.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
