Junior Guest Service Assistant
(Genting Highlands)

Responsibilities:

• To run the daily operations of restaurant service, bar, clubs and gaming in a highly efficient manner
• Provide high standards of personalized services that create memorable experience to all guests at the club
• Knowing daily VIP arrivals and their requirements to ensure the best of personalized services are rendered

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Hotel Management or related
• SPM/STPM with minimum of 1 - 2 years experience
• Have sound knowledge with passion in hospitality industry especially in personalized and butler service
• Courteous with refined skills in customer relations with the ability to communicate to guests and handling guest’s grievance and complaints tactfully
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
• Posses pleasant personality and appearance
• Ability to converse in Mandarin or Chinese dialect will be an added advantage
