Responsibilities:

 

Duties and Responsibilities include:

 

                Providing IT support to users to allow the daily IT activities to run as smoothly as possible

Verifying daily EOD, monthly, quarterly and yearly run sheet for operators

Liaising with users on user acceptance testing (UAT) issues

Monitoring daily scheduled processes to support EOD run of operators

                Assisting front-end interface systems in day-to-day issues encountered

Developing business requirements documents, technical specification, system test plan, and test cases

Developing and implementing enhancements to current system

Unit testing of customized application software

Analyzing system errors and designs, and providing bug fixes and work around solutions

            AS/400, OS/400, SMART/400 / COBOL400 / POLISY/ASIA  OR POLISY/SEA OR GROUP/ASIA OR LIFE/ASIA

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering  (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): life/asia, polisy 400, polisy/asia, group/asia, Smart 400, COBOL.
• At least 3 -8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
• 5 Full-Time position(s) available.
