Purchasing Officer Jawa Barat - Cibitung Responsibilities: Prepare contract drafting and reviewing in line with companies values and local law. Collection for Bad Debts and Legal Action Preparing of Shareholders, board of directors and/or commissioners meeting circular Documentation for legal documents. Review all of the relevant legal documentations (licenses, permits, land certificates, environmental ,etc). Register of the intellectual property rights such as mark, industrial design, and etc Prepare and Submit of Bank Guarantee Insurance update and claim Requirements: Male of Female, age max. 27 years old D3/S1 degree any Major Has min. exp. 1-2 years in the related job from Mass production or Job order company. Strong analytical thinking, honest, discipline and detail orientation Strong English language skill (oral/written) is must Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word and SAP System Self-starter with lots of initiatives, Excellent team player - people person and caring individual Able to start immediately Willing to be located Cibitung Kawasan Industri MM 2100 (transportation by company bus to and from factory will be provided in certain pick up point)   A good and very competitive fringe benefit for the selected candidate such salary, transport allowance, and health insurance (+family).
