Project Manager Mumbai (Maharashtra, India) Responsibilities:  Establish a clear set of agreed business objectives and benefits for the project. Prepare a detailed project and quality plan covering the implementation approach,organization, communication and including a clear set of quality goals and the approach to meet these goals. Manage Company's contractual obligations to the customer. Manage the strategic aspects of the project with particular emphasis on change management and risk management. Ensure communications between all stake holders is seamless and unambiguous and that all stakeholders are clear and stay focused on the project objectives. Manage Risks, Issues & Dependencies and ensure that their effects are controlled and communicated as required. Control costs according to budget and ensure revenue milestones are met. Identify future business opportunities for the mutual advantage of the client and Company Requirements: Experience in managing large scale implementation, roll-out and change programmes in Capital Markets (ideally involving large trading platform implementations). An excellent understanding and practical experience of structured project management best practice Strong technical / functional / operational comprehension of trading systems - able to evaluate options, guide others towards decisions, build consensus Strong interpersonal and client management skills, cultural sensitivity and exceptional communication and organisational skills.
