We are a well known big manufacturer of building material in Indonesia since 1998 as a joint venture company between Siam Cement Group (Thailand) and Wings Surya Group (Indonesia), just expand our business and looking for candidates to fill new position as follows:
Information Technology Staff (ITS)
Bekasi (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:
Supervise IT Operations, Helpdesk, and Field Support.
- IT Operations :
- Ensure execution of
End-Of-Day/End-Of-Week/End-Of-Month/End-Of-Year as per back-up and
recovered databases from backups in event of disaster.
- Helpdesk :
- Maintaining and managing software/networks related
problems. Ensure smooth operation and data integrity for all IT related
equipments.
- Field Support :
- Ensure servers are up and running without interruption.
This includes periodic maintenance, health check, antivirus, patches,
etc. Monitor database performance and apply proper tuning techniques to
ensure optimal performance.
Reporting of IT Operations
- Weekly and monthly IT Operations report.
Requirements:

Male/Female.

Maximum 27 years old.

Graduated S1 Information Technologic.

GPA minimum 2.75 of 4.00 scale.

Fresh graduates are welcome.

Familiar in IT system & technology.

Good English proficient (written and spoken).
