production professional as the Senior Manager – Production for our
denim factory in Cambodia.
Assistant General Manager / Senior Manager - Production (Cambodia)

Responsibilities:
-
Manage a sizeable workforce by leading the production operations with high efficiency
-
Responsible for providing effective solutions to different problems in the production flow
-
Monitor production closely on quality, time delivery with cost effectiveness
-
Plan and execute production capacity to meet the customers’ delivery requirement
Requirements:
-
Minimum
10 years relevant experience in a garment factory
with sizable production workforce, prior overseas experience especially
in Cambodia is preferable
-
Profound knowledge and with proven track record in production operations & productivity improvement of denim products
-
Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
-
Demonstrate strong leadership, well planning, problem solving and decision making
-
Excellent in production management and factory operations
-
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, either Mandarin or Cantonese
-
Stationed in Cambodia on full time basis
