Action Script Programmer (adobe FLEX)

URGENTLY REQUIRED .....     A growing IT company is currently seeking talented individual to fill in the position of :   Action Script Programmer (adobe FLEX) Bogor (Jawa Barat) Requirements: 1-2 years experience using adobe Flex or at least expert on Action Script 3.0 Knowledgeable about SQL 2005 above.  Have a knowledge about a Website Interface and design (XHTML ,  jQuery). Strong in Logic and Algorithm. Knowledgeable about Framework MVC (Model Viewer Controller) . Knowledgeable on using XML (XSD,XSLT,etc) is a plus. Knowledgeable on using API as a platform is a plus. Understand about Object-Oriented Programming technique, programming design pattern and able to read a code legacy (latest code) from different programmer. Personal Skill : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science. Had built any dynamic Web site in the past. Good Logical thinking and Fast Learner. Have excellent interpersonal skill, communication skill, discipline, good team lead/player , hard working and able to work under pressure. write English well is a must , speak English is a plus.
