Preferably Fresh graduate or maximum having 1 (one) year experience in the related field. Familiar with PDCA cycle, Kaizen and safety work standard. Familiar with packaging or filling machine system. Have deep understanding about project management. Have basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001. Computer literate (especially Ms. Office and Auto Cad) and good command in English. Have strong leadership, good analytical and problem solving skill. Willing to work in Cikarang factory.
