be position at our factory located at Karawang International Industrial
City (KIIC), Karawang, west Java, Indonesia in the field of:
Assistant Manager (Human Resource & Admin) Jawa Barat - Karawang
Responsibilities:
Under Management’s
direction, this role leads the planning, organizes and administers
human resource programs such as job classification, selection &
recruitment, payroll & compensation, benefits and training for
operations. Separately, the role also coordinates all relevant
administrative works for the Nilai site.
Main Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not Limited to:
Human Resource
- Deliver full
recruitment services including front end needs analysis; prepare job
description, job postings, sourcing candidates, interviewing and
preparing employment offers.

Build strong relationships with local organizations, recruitment
agencies, educational institutions, learning and development suppliers
to enable Company to achieve business objectives.

Provide coaching and resources to employees and managers with respect
to career development, compensation, staffing initiatives and
performance management and employee relations.

Assist in the development and implementation of programs that will
drive increased employee satisfaction and commitment levels.
-
Compiling relative HR metrics, reporting and identifying trends with recommendations provided.

Assist with the identification of training needs, the selection, development and delivery of appropriate programs.

Provide assistance to Managers on personnel matters in order to ensure
compliance with local Employment Act and Industrial Relation Act.

Assist in investigating employee on misconduct and advises on imposing
disciplinary action including suspension and termination.

Administers benefits programs such as medical, dental, and any other
employee’s assistance programs that are deemed appropriate and relevant
to industry.

Manage all relevant HR related field of work for employees in overseas office such as Jakarta and Thailand.
Administration
- Manage the
appointment of vendors for contracted work such as security, gardening
& cleaning services, pest control, drinking water and office
machinery. Recommend options for improvement, value-add and cost
savings.

Review and improve the security procedures for the site; the screening
and search practices at the gate-house sign-in and improve the
procedures for sign-in at the front desk.

Contribute to the ISO 9000 maintenance, and any other related OSHA and quality compliance programs.

Perform other duties of a similar nature or level
Requirements:

Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
-
Excellent command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Indonesia

At least 3 years of working experience in manufacturing

Familiar with the operations and procedures of the production line

Hands on and resourceful to manage administrative work
-
Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with people at all levels
-
Experience in managing people and direct reports;

Good EA and IR knowledge
-
Good leadership qualities and able to work independently, mature and high integrity

Fluent in English both written & spoken
