Personal Assistant (PA) to General Manager
Jakarta Raya, Jawa Barat
Responsibilities:
  • Managing (recording, distribution & filing) of all correspondence of the General Manager.
  • Updating and reminding General Manager of his schedules and meetings.
  • Searching, recommending and booking of hotels, tickets and activities for business and leisure
  • Typing correspondence, minutes meeting and following up
  • Helping that office is at all times presentable and in excellent condition
  • Taking care of secretarial and administrative tasks starting from incoming/outgoing communications, document preparation, schedule arrangements, filing up to related office administration
  • Handling confidential documents and information and maintain its discretion
  • Support function to the operational team e.g. data update Assisting administrative and personal matters of the General Manager.
Requirements:
  • Female, Age: 24-35 years
  • Possess at least Diploma degree from reputable Secretarial Academy (min GPA 3.00 of 4) or related major
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the same position of service industry/corporate company would be an advantage
  • Good practical working knowledge of MS Office systems (especially MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good command of English both oral/written, other foreign language skills would be an advantage
  • Good communication and inter-cultural skills and capability to deal with top management/clients
  • Possesses high degree of responsibility, motivation, presentable, matured and yet energetic, dynamic, creative, and positive thinking
  • Independent and team player with strong focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong inter-personal skill, analytical, responsible and reliable
  • Ability to adapt to company culture and its business ethic (both in terms of team and corporate working)
  • Possesses high degree of customer service mind set and able to deal with different people with various background / level and hierarchy accordingly
  • Able to work within fast pace working environment under time pressure and tight deadlines
  • Flexible and willing to work long hours when required
  • Candidates have to be able to start working immediately
  • Office location : Bekasi
