To enhance and strengthen our position, we are seeking highly qualified professional motivated person to join our team for the challenging position of : Manufacturing Management Trainee Purwakarta (Jawa Barat) Responsibilities: This fast-track opportunity offers a tremendous opportunity to progress with a growing company into other management roles. This  program aims to provide a specialist focus on core  technical and leadership skills and behaviors that will develop exceptional functional leaders with skill applicable to our business operations. Develop deep understanding of manufacturing process. Develop deep understanding of product quality requirements, (factory & customer) Make calculations, chart process flow and analyze production data Audit systems to identify trends and anomalies Assist in trouble shooting of manufacturing processes Contribute to or conduct process improvement projects in all areas of the plant Provide reports of major activity/work projects for management Requirements: The candidate must have a Bachelor Degree (S1) in an Engineering discipline (Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical) Min.
