Due to our rapid growth and expansion, we are PT LG Electronics Indonesia a foreign global company dealing with electronics consumer goods business and manufacturing, searching for a highly motivated, innovative, teamwork-oriented, high integrity, and energetic person to join as Industrial Relation Specialist (Jawa Barat) Responsibilities: Provide and control employee’s disciplinary activity programs. Handle employee’s indisciplinary problem, grievance, Warning Letter issuance, and dismissal process. Handle legal review, monitor compliance, and give advise related with employment law implementation in company. Updating employment law document, knowledge and information on IR matter. Provide and maintain good relations and communication with employee, Labor Union and external party related with IR matter. • Provide other activity on communication especially for company’s policy implementation to maintain harmonious working climate • Make disciplinary, labor case and IR activity report Requirements: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law, Management, or Industrial Engineering. Excellent working knowledge of current Industrial Relations practice, labor law or government regulation. Conversant in English and computer literate Excellent Ms. Office, Presentation & Reporting skill, also Fluent in English both oral and written. Manufacturing Experience will be advantage. Perform excellent in a team, creative, smart, high integrity, responsible, and self-motivated person. Willing to be placed in Cibitung area.
