DIRECTOR OF SALES Ho Chi Minh (Vietnam) Responsibilities: Achieve financial goals by optimizing sales of guest rooms and other hotel facilities and services; Ensure delivery of service to attain customer satisfaction; Contribute to development of effective marketing activities; Coordination with other departments/ properties; Contribute to overall efficiency of the department; Other duties assigned by Director of Sales & Marketing. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or Trade & Commerce; Hotel Management background; Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar position at the international hotels; Good interpersonal and team building skills; Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers; Sense of initiative and responsibility; Willing to work under high pressure within tight deadlines and handles multiple assignments.
