Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting for one of the largest
manufacturers of automotive graphics in the world.Our client has a
significant market share in the Indian automotive OEM printing
industry. They areglobal player with a presence in the UK, USA and the
Middle East. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a
high-quality candidate to fill the position of Information Technology
(IT) Engineer Job, to be based in Cikarang, Bekasi, Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first line technical support; answering support queries
- Respond to enquiries from internal customers and help them resolve hardware or software problems
- Troubleshooting and testing of computers and ensuring that computer systems are functioning properly
- Physical setting up of computers and software system installation for various computer applications and programs
- Coordination of computer maintenance with other Information Technology professionals
- Maintaining inventory of IT devices, troubleshooting routine IT issues and coordinating with various IT Members to have smooth functioning of IT at branch location
Requirements:
- Minimum 5years’ experience working in IT Department and able to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues without any support
- Knowledge of databases would be an added advantage
- Ability to work without supervision
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft-based operating systems with emphasis on Windows
- Technical Skills : Windows servers and desktops, basic networking knowledge, good at problem solving
