Costumer Service Section Head (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all activities in customer service section
- Communicate with other departments to resolve problems and expedite work
- Resolve complaints and answer questions from customers/ residents regarding services and procedures in Lippo Cikarang
- Review
and check work of subordinates such as reports, records, and
applications to ensure accuracy and content as well as correct errors.
- Observe and evaluate the performances of customer service staffs
- Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
- Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards
- Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department
Requirements:
- Male/Female age max 40 years old
- Bachelor degree from any major
- Min Supervisor specializing in Costumer Service/ Tenant Relation
- Proficient in Bahasa, English and MS Office
- Effective communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Self motivated, excellent communication and problem solving skills with ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to be located in Lippo Cikarang, Bekasi
