Costumer Service Section Head
(Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all activities in customer service section
  • Communicate with other departments to resolve problems and expedite work
  • Resolve complaints and answer questions from customers/ residents regarding services and procedures in Lippo Cikarang
  • Review and check work of subordinates such as reports, records, and applications to ensure accuracy and content as well as correct errors.
  • Observe and evaluate the performances of customer service staffs
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
  • Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards
  • Plan, prioritize and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department

Requirements:
  • Male/Female age max 40 years old
  • Bachelor degree from any major
  • Min Supervisor specializing in Costumer Service/ Tenant Relation
  • Proficient in Bahasa, English and MS Office
  • Effective communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Self motivated, excellent communication and problem solving skills with ability to work under pressure.
  • Willing to be located in Lippo Cikarang, Bekasi
