Responsibilities:

• Sustained growth of the Company Business relating to Industries, Building, Utilities, Municipalities
• Approves & implementing Order Booking Plan
• Executing & coordinating client orders with Factory/ Accounts
• Managing Sales Force
• Managing After Sales & Service Team
• prepares and reviews policies and procedures
• Human Resource
• Technical and Commercial training
• Progress monitoring and performance appraisal
• Competitor analysis, SWOT analysis and Marketing intelligence
• QMS Implementation
• Consultant Handling
• Reporting

Requirements:

• Male  - 35 to 45 years old
• Min. Bachelordegree (post-graduate is an advantage) in MechanicalEngineeringor related engineering background from reputable university.
• At least 6-8 years of experience in industrial pumps, valve or rotating equipment.
• Management or supervisory experience in market after business.
• P&L responsibility.
• Established track record of working successfully in a senior management position preferably in the pump,valve or rotating equipment industry with wide connections of mining companies (especially coal mining companies)
• Deep understanding about service activity & spare parts management.
• Preferrably experience working in manufacturing sector.
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge & understanding of businessadministration, HR procedures, commercial & financial management, strategic thinking, development & implementation of business goals & quality control (QMS)
• Proven ability to provide strong leadership through the motivation of staff & establishing of excellent customer relations.
