Customer Priority Officer
Cileungsi (Jawa Barat) - Narogong Bogor
Responsibilities:
Scope of works:                
 
Developing, maintaining, strengthening and enhancing quality of relationships with key customers (or major accounts) by providing them with excellent support and service in every way possible to guarantee their satisfaction and loyalty as well as achieving profitable business relationships.

Requirements:
  • Education :
    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
  • Experience 
    • -   Min. 2 year experience in current position
    • -   Customer handling experience
    • -   Sales/ account management experience
  • Computer literacy (MS : word, Good in excel, power point, SAP System)
  • Good command in English both spoken & written 
  • Other qualifiation :
    • Certain level of patience, persistence, tenacity
    • Ability to manage the balance between high customer expectation and internal delivery condition
    • Great amount of good interpersonal skills
