.....URGENTLY REQUIRED .....   We are a well-known consumer goods company invites the competence candidate to take the challenge for the following position:    Engineering (Utility) Manager (Code: EM) Bekasi (Jawa Barat) - Cibitung Responsibilities: Manage and control the Engineering Department (Operational for Factory, Cold Storage and Logistic) efficiently towards achievement of the targeted needs and requirements of all departments in the organization Formulate and ensure the schedule of Preventive Maintenance Program, Pre-filling Operations, Emergency Repair Operations, Utilities Operations are established and adhere to in order that the all operating plants junction with minimum unplanned downtime Manage all improvements and plant facilities carried out are of the highest standard and meet the company quality standards and requirements (such as: Hygiene, GMP, HACCP, ISO, Health and Safety Environment) and ensure ISO implementation Select and evaluate external contractors for implementation of projects and carrying out mechanical, electrical and civil works Requirements: Min. Bachelor degreefrom reputable university, majoringin Electrical / Mechanical / Electromechanical Engineering with GPA > 3.00 Musthave at least 8 years working experience inpacking machine as well as other icecream machinery Musthave good knowledge of refrigeration, cold room and instrumentation, also dairy process knowledge Preferably having experience marine / oil and gas company which havingexperience working as rotating equipment/mechanical engineer during Detailed Design, Fabrication, Integration, and  cold storage / refrigeration  processing facilities, preferably with some experience of floating facilities Proficient to interpretation technical drawings and electrical diagrams Fluent in English, written and verbal Able to plan, organize work schedule for subordinates and contractors Process good analytical skills for equipment improvement and process technology   Please submit a comprehensive CV, a recent photograph, mention the current salary details (and put the Code: EM as your title, eq.: EM – you name) no later than 14 days from the date of this advertisement to:   recruitment.ancol@diamond.co.id   “Only short-listed candidates will be invited for an interview”
