PT. AT Indonesia is a joint venture between PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk. and Aisin Takaoka Japan is the largest Casting & Machining Component/Part Automotive and Non-automotive Manufacturing in Indonesia. Along the growth of the company we are seeking Motivated, Highly Integrity and Result Oriented candidates who are looking more challenges and better future to join the following positions : Engineering Casting Staff (Karawang) Responsibilities: Respond to customer issues and lead process improvements Provide advice and technical support for RFQ enquiries and feasibility for casting production Analyze the manufacturing data and based on the observations should be able to give alternative action plan for continuous improvement program Communicate effectively at all levels to feedback results, issues and to resolve problems. Preparing production master document new products by testing new production into selected production line to determine man power and machine usage of new product as well as ensuring the quality of products procedures Analyze equipment, process and procedure within production activities to meet global/legal standard on quality, safety and environment and propose capital expenditure required. Requirements: Preferably Male Bachelor Degree (S1) or Associate Degree (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Material & Metallurgy Engineering, with minimum GPA 2.75 Minimum of 2 year of work experience with similar field in manufacturing Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply Proactive, pressure persistent and able to thrive in fast-paced. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
