Program will take approx. 12 months in which candidates will be trained in all critical functions in the company Requirements: Age max. 28 years old. Bachelor degree from reputable universities, any disciplines with GPA ≥ 3.00 (scale: 4.00). Have strong interest in automotive industry. Have good analytical and comprehensive way of thinking. Have strong willingness to learn & strong leadership character Possess good maturity. Enjoy dynamic work-environment and frequent traveling.
