Presently PT KSB Indonesia has following vacant positions : QC & HSE Manager Bekasi (Jawa Barat) - Cibitung Responsibilities: Manage QHSE system: to develop, to administer, interpret, and implement the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System and ensure that appropriate measures are taken to maintain an effective program to be consistent with KSB Group QHSE objectives. To develop quality / inspection and test plan (ITP) and its implementation in order to ensure that the organization will be producing high quality products only. To do Business process reengineering for better fulfillment of QC & HSE requirements Ensure QHSE Management Systems are implemented across area (all facilities) and manage daily activities of the area QC & HSE staff (coordinators) and be instrumental in developing and implementing QC & HSE objectives consistent with the organization and group objective. Ensure that a QC & HSE training orientation and indoctrination is given to all new and existing employees. Ensure that QC & HSE inspections and audits are performed in the assigned area and on work site locations. Coordinate the investigation of all incidents and near misses and ensure they are entered into Accident report correctly. Disseminate QC & HSE information to all levels of the organization. Familiarize managers, supervisors and area QC & HSE staff with all customers’, regulatory and other requirements that affect their course of business. Assist in developing Quality & HSSE policies and procedures and recommend revision of documents as necessary. Review Client bids / tenders and provide appropriate input pertaining to QC & HSE requirements. Solicit operations involvement in the investigation of all incidents to ensure that the appropriate product line knowledge base is a factor in the corrective actions that will be required to take place Meet with regulatory agencies that govern our operations when the need arises Meet and collaborate with local customers as required Requirements: Bachelor degree in related field 10 years experience in developing, implementing and/or maintaining a QHSSE management system ISO Certified lead auditor (9001, 14001, 18001) QHSE related degree / certification from accredited institution Having knowledge in rotating equipment Having experience in EPC ( Engineering, Procurement, and Construction )   SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE : Essential Working knowledge of QC & HSE Management Systems : ISO 9000:2000 ISO 14001:2004 OSHAS 18001:2007 Strong leadership & interpersonal skills Excellent teamwork and communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills The ability to effectively assess personnel and formulate career progression - succession planning      Preferred : Previous management experience Experience in the pump & valve or rotating equipment industries ANY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS : The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations If you Match with our requirement, please send your complete CV with detail previous and current job description and your current salary to :   sugihartono.sugihartono@ksb.com   Or PT KSB Indonesia HR Department Jl.
