A Strong Growing Firm in Electrical Manufacturing is pleased to invite highly qualified professional to join our vibrant team: Production Manager Bekasi (Jawa Barat) - Cibitung Responsibilities: Responsible for managing and leading operation and supervision of the production department Responsible for ensuring that goods and services (Packaging Products) produced by efficiency and the amount produced must be appropriate in the cost and quality Responsible for planing, coordination and control in the production process Set the planningn in the production orocess with the workforce so that jobs can be solved and the efficiency in costs Responsible for safety in the work both physical safety and security in the attitude Responsible for running the system productivity in accordance with company policy and Quality Management System Requirements: University graduate in Industrial / Engineering / Technical disclipine Male, Age between 30-35 years old 5 years experience preferably in industry Able to manage over 100 workers Able to work underpressure & independently and meey tight schedule Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication, presentation and report writing skills Fluent in english Project management skills with demonstrated ability to work with multiple disciplines and lead everyone to common goal Proficient with computer literacy, minimum MS Words, MS Excel and MS Power Point, MS Project, AutoCad, knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques Ability to fit in to and international dynamic and multi-cultural environment Living around Bekasi/Cibitung - West Java is preferred   If you are interested and meet the above qualifications, please send or email to   career@hexta.co.id    your application letter, comprehensive resume with a recent photograph.
