Personal Assistant ( PA ) Bandung (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:

Position: Personal Assistant / Secretary
-
To
manage the Coach's appointment schedules with his numerous clients, by
communicating by phone directly to business owners & professional
executives
-
To
manage good relationship with Coach's clients, by understanding their
personal details and greet them physically when they come to
ActionCOACH Bandung Office to be coached
-
To help the Coach with his daily tasks, from business tasks to personal tasks
-
To
be a 'Assistant Coach' in some coaching projects, like with young
entrepreneurs sponsored by Bank Mandiri, which needed to make follow up
calls to them weekly & make a coaching report monthly
Requirements:

Female, interesting outlook, 21-25 years old
-
A MUST CRITERIA: Min. D3 from Secretarial Academy
-
Position: Personal Assistant / Secretary
-
Having min. 1 year experience as PA/Secretary is preferable, but fresh grads are welcomed
-
Excellent in computer software like Microsoft Words, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook
-
Excellent in social media is advantage, like Facebook, Twitter
-
Fun personality, do things quick, and have a strong attention to details
-
Enjoy to work under deadline pressure
-
Mature personality & has service-attitude attitude
