We are looking for candidates to fill position as follow:

HR Representative - Karawang
IDR 2500000 - 3250000 + allowance, overtime
Karawang (Jawa Barat) - Kawasan Industri Karawang

Responsibilities:

 

• Bertanggung jawab terhadap seluruh administrasi karyawan
• Bertanggung jawab terhadap seluruh aktivitas pembukuan dan keuangan
• Berkoordinasi kepada Warehouse Manager, HR Dept dan Finance Dept

 

Requirements:

 

• Min. Diploma / Sarjana, lebih disukai dari jurusan administrasi atau psikologi
• Min. 2 tahun pengalaman di HR Generalist
• Terbiasa menangani administrasi pegawai, petty cash dan pembukuan keuangan
• Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik
• Memiliki kemampuan persuasi, negosiasi dan memotivasi orang lain
• Tertib administrasi dan taat terhadap prosedur serta peraturan yang berlaku
• Menguasai program komputer, terutama Excel
• Bersedia untuk ditempatkan di Karawang
