Prysmian Cables Indonesia, located in Cikampek & South Jakarta is currently searching for highly qualified person to fill the position below:   Assistant Manager of IT (code : AM IT) Jawa Barat Responsibilities: In-house IT specialist to support business continuity covering area of corporate networking, business software (SAP ERP), hardware infrastructure & information security This position will become a member of APAC IT/IS Team and will directly report to ASEAN IT Manager. Serve as first level support to company in-house users involving all IT requirement covering hardware computing, LAN & WAN networking and business software systems. Performing daily operational support of all IT systems: servers & network administration, backup operation & PC hardware/software troubleshooting; including appropriate documentation preparation for related activities, change management administration.& information system security enforcement. To Involve in company IT infrastructure, procedure & policy,  and business system review, & recommend adequate enhancement/improvement solution to management that comply to corporate’s overall IT strategies & business direction. To maintain appropriate records of software licenses and computing & network inventory of company. Provide first level company business ERP system requirement review with users that involved: user requirement gathering, solution design, development & integration, solution test & deployment, of which process is carried out according to the change management procedure with close interaction with regional SAP solution technical competence team   To conduct end user training related to systems usage & best practice guidance. To ensure IT governance & internal procedural compliance to standard set by company To establish close rapport & communication with IT peers in the region with positive team spirit in mind. To participate in any ad-hoc IT project possibly assigned by company over time. Requirements: Degree in Business Information Systems / Computer Science or equivalent At least 4-5 years of working experience in related fields. Candidates with working knowledge of SAP & related ERP system support experience is preferred Good working knowledge on Wintel-based servers & applications/systems.  Related professional certification is surely an added advantage. Have proven analytical and problems solving skills. Possess strong commitment on work, good communication & interpersonal skills & learning attitude. Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated, at same time a good team player. Able to work under pressure and long hours should some ad-hoc IT projects required tight deadline delivery. Good command in English on both writing & reading.
