PT. ARCS HOUSE is an Own & Operate company.The company is determined to be successful in developing each asset and managing every hotels and resorts. The beginning of a guesthouse management started in 2004, when the ARCS team opened ARCS Riau Guesthouse, Menteng. It was designed for a specific niche consumer such as expatriates, mainly from Japan. The guesthouse located in strategic location, which is right at the business center of Jakarta. Following the success, than other locations of ARCS GUEST HOUSE Opened all around Jakarta. In Mid 2005, the ARCS team started to develop and build a new concept of Small Resort that is located in TaposCiawi, West Java. A year later, in the summer of 2006, “RumahJambuluwuk,” (NOW JAMBULUWUK HOTELS &RESORTS )which was built on an area of 8000 m2 and consisted of 7 villas, 1 Meeting Room, and a swimming pool, was already operating. During the opening of JAMBULUWUK CIAWI RESORTS, ARCS team received positive responses from the customers and saw a bright future in this resort. This led to a plan for an expansion. The development was finished in mid 2008 and JAMBLUWUK CIAWI RESORTStransformed a fine resort with a total land of 3 hectare and consisted of 20 villas, 3 swimming pools, 11 meeting rooms, and outbound facilities. In 2009, PT. ARCS HOUSE also acquired a 6 hectares land in Batu Malang, East Java for the development of JAMBULUWUK BATU RESORT, which is planned to start building in the first quarter of 2010. PT. ARCS HOUSE also introduced the first development of JAMBULUWUK MALIOBORO BOUTIQUE HOTEL on Jl.GajahMada Street, DIY Jogjakarta, which has been operating since 2011. And now we are planning to develop new Hotels in saveral location such as Bali, Lombok, Garut, Bandung Ext. Staff Administration Bali, Jakarta Raya, Jawa Barat, Jawa Timur, Lombok (Nusa Tenggara Barat), Yogyakarta Requirements: Pendidikan Min.
