PT Sevana Distribution
are specialist at moving and handling healthcare products, its
operation cover the sales and distribution of: diagnostic products to
clinical laboratories, hospital, health care centers and consumer OTC
outlets; health care equipment including endoscopy devices and infusion
systems; and specialist pharmaceutical products such as HIV/AIDS, cancer
medication and vaccine products. Recently we are looking for candidates
to join our team in the following positions:
Sales Administration Bandung Bandung (Jawa Barat)
Responsibilities:
- Administer
sales from customer and sub-distributor and coordination with sales
division’s, logistic division’s and finance division's to execute sales
order.
- Manage internal communications as related to formal sales division’ announcements.
- Manage formal sales events (e.g. sales SPPD, Sales Representative activity record etc).
- Manage and maintain sales division’s formal documentations and archives, including company policies and procedures.
- Establishes and maintains sales files, logs, indexes, control records, or other information.
- Types
letters, memorandum, reports, minutes of meetings, scientific or
technical material, numerical data, charts and forms from verbal or
written instructions, dictating records, shorthand notes or other
materials.
- Schedules and arranges meetings and conferences for
the professional(s) or management staff and notifies interested parties;
makes travel reservations as needed.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
