Master Planners Cikarang (Jawa Barat) Responsibilities: Responsible for PT Mattel Indonesia Master Production Schedules Coordinate with all parties to have a continuity of production and achieve market availability in timely manner Handle Direct Import inquiries from Mattel Asia Pacific Coordinate on Direct Import requirements, schedule and rework/repack activities Requirements: Formal Educational Level : S1 in Industrial Engineering Covering Basic Manufacturing Principles, Inventory Management, and Capacity Planning Principles Working Experience: 0-2 years in production planning/material planning Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both oral and written (English) to deal among departments, Business Planning, and other marketing affiliates Excellent skill and knowledge in Microsoft Office Can work under pressure, proactive and team oriented Willing to be located in Cikarang, Bekasi.
