We are urgently seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position: HR & Admin Manager Bekasi (Jawa Barat) - Cibitung Responsibilities: Responsible for HR duties includes full spectrum of HR Management and General Affair duties: Organizational Development, HR Procedures & Process, Performance Management, Company Policy, Compensation & Benefit, HR Database Management, Industrial Relations, Coaching, Counseling & Management Reports.  Manage and control for General Affair (GA) duties such as company permits and office & factory supports. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in any subject. Quality thinking is more important Reasonable good English – must be able to discuss concepts in English Good work efficiency – timely, effective and innovative At least 4 years of working experience in HR, with at least 2 years at Supervisor or Manager level Must be familiar with Indonesia employment law At least 2 years working experience in manufacturing company Working experience in a western multinational company is a plus point Please send an updated Curriculum Vitae including photocopies of your education certificates and a recent passport size photograph: Human Resource Division PT Bridon Jl.
