Sukabumi (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily operations in the front office counter to provide information and receiving customer feedback in a friendly and professional way

Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable university (min. GPA 2.75)
  • Having costumer service orientation
  • Having good product banking knowledge
  • Having ability to operate Ms. Word and Ms. Excel well
  • Good communication skills in both verbal and writing (having proficiency in English is preferred)
  • Two (2) years experience in banking or commercial relationship
