Responsibilities:

Summary of Work

• Plan, implement, organize and evaluate activities operational Outbound, Inbound Delivery), Pick Up and express shipment Bandung branch with the required degree of success.
   

Main Duties

• Plan, implement, organize and evaluate
• Outbound operations, Inbound (Delivery), Pick Up and shipment express in Bandung with the required degree of success.
• Outbound ensure smooth operations, / inbound / (/ delivery /), pick up and shipment of express / / and security of delivery of goods according with company policies and procedures
• Make a report on the implementation Outbound, Inbound (Delivery), / pick up / and express shipment in Bandung branch each month.
• Develop (develop and motivate) employees / staff of Operations branch of Bandung in order to maintain and improve labor productivity.
• Ensure preservation of the quality and capacity to Bandung branch operations sustainable development (/ sustainable development /)

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Minimal education D3
• Min 2 years experience in the field / on the shipping company / courier (preferably)
• Max age 35 years
• Physical & Spiritual Health
• Have a good team spirit of cooperation
• Has a passion to improve the achievement of higher performance
• Have a high initiative

General Qualifications:

• Have the ability to apply Ms. Office (word, excel, power point) and the internet as well.
• Have good communication skills (top, sides and bottom)
• Control of business processes / operations at the company's major express, courier or logistic
• Able to lead and deliver the message / communication with employees in number (over 500 people)
• Has a resistance (endurance) to pressure of work arise, either directly or indirectly
• Able to make the analysis of capacity, improved its efficiency and productivity
