softwares, advertising, and also act as a Brand Consultants. We serve
clients from all over the world, most of our clients are from U.K and
U.S.A.
Our Head Office located in Bandung, West of Java - Indonesia.
Hommie Environment office, friendly staffs and 5 days a week working days.
Secretary Cum Admin Assistant Jawa Barat - Bandung
Responsibilities:
- Fully Responsible for payroll calculation
- Assist CEO to manage his schedule
- Taking notes from clients when CEO is not around.
- Fully Responsible for patty cash and daily office cashflow.
- Personal Assistant for CEO
- Create Offering Letter, Proposal for clients.
- Sending Emails / Receive Emails
- Working hours 9am - 6pm ( Monday - Friday )
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Applicants must be willing to work in Bandung.

Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

Full-Time position(s) available.
