Quality Control Analyst
Cikarang (Jawa Barat) - JABABEKA 1

Responsibilities:

1. Conductiong QC daily analysis (inspection and test)
2. Uses data from inspections and tests to determine the root cause of defects.
3. Maintain food safety and quality procedure and systems to ensure that products meet quality specifications.
4. Monitors procedures and policies (internal and external - goverment and customer)  including responsible for document process
5. Responsible for execution of the methods and procedures  related to the chemical and physical transformation of substances, making analyses, lab examinations of materials,  raw materials, finished products and work in process etc., developing methods of inspection, quality control, material transformations, etc., preparing reports with results and diagnosis.
6. Creates proposal reports for upper management fpr detail improvements in the system or areas of weakness.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Majoring in Food Technology / Industrial Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Material Science Engineering.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferable from food manufacture industry
• Having knowledge and experience with TQM and Systems Development methodologies
• Working knowledge of issueor defect tracking tools 
• Must be a self-starter and be able to operate independently or within a team.
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills to relate technical information to non-technical employees.
• Computer skills and experience with quality control tools such as inspection and testing techniques are necessary for the position.
• Highly analytical, pro-active and detail oriented
