PT. TRISCO Tailored Apparel Manufacturing is an export-oriented garment company on West Java, based in Bandung with ISO certificate and Social Compliance certificate.

We are looking for qualified candidates for the position : 

Hrd Manager
Jawa Barat

Requirements:

•  Male/Female
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology or Law
• Minimum 5 years experience in the position, preferably in Garment Manufacturing
• Experience in all function of HR & GA (HR & GA Procedure & Processes, Performance Appraisal, Job Description, Compensation and Benefits, Labor Law and regulations, Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Coaching & Counseling), English (speaking and writing) and computer literate
• Strong leadership, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
