Responsibilities:
- Handling both ingoing and outgoing telephone as well as serve the guest who come to the office
- Follow up invoices from vendor (TIKI, Travel Agent, Hotel etc)
- Filing Documents
- Organize Internal Meeting
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents internally & externally by fax, email, letter, and phone
- Organize travel arrangements (ticketing, hotel voucher, transportation)
- arrange and confirm appointments internally and externally
- booking rooms
- Filtering and greeting the visitors
Requirements:
Female, good looking with maximum 25 years old
Min. SMA / D3 any major
A good team player with strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Good appearance and good telephone manner
Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel) & e-mail
Fluent in English especially speaking
Good understanding in administration, Filling system, Ticketing and other multi-task skills
Experiences in the same field would be an advantage.
Willing to be located in Jakarta
