Production Supervisor
Bekasi (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, control, and optimize resources to ensure accomplishment of production procedure and to yield products which meet quality and quantity standardization
• Responsible on production process evaluation with continues improvement, based on productivity standardization and resources efficiency to gain production effectiveness.
• Coordinate and evaluate performance and productivity of the human resources.
• Developing and analyzing system and procedure of production process.
• Managing and organizing the environment of the plant, based on implementation of ISO, K3 and 5R.
• Working as a team player to make sure the business process works as planned

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others), Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Science & Technology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, ISO 9001:2008, 5R, TQM, K3.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
• Willing to work in BEKASI
