They are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to engage in a promising career.     Main responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities: Ensure activities of production, quality assurance, maintenance, engineering, CIP & HSE in the OperationsDepartment are conducted in accordance with companyoperationalstrategy and plan for all plants Develop operational targets that are linked to the subsidiary objectives Aggregate plan, maintain and monitor the manufacturing processes Ensure production costs are maintained at an appropriate level in coordination with the Finance and Administration Department Propose capital expenditure for new projects and/or improvement projects with appropriate investment returns Develop projects plan, coordinate, monitor, and commission projects, and ensure their implementation complies with the plan Endorse design modification or changes of manufacturing facilities Prepare manufacturing budget Control the manufacturing cost Ensure implementation of core values in related functions and across organization Requirements: Graduate, or higher,professional degree, in Industrial Engineering or related discipline Minimum 5 years experience in managing operations,  preferably in similar business Experience in mining, manufacturingand building materials industryis valuable Experience in Quality,ISOand HSE management Experiencedin maintenance management Highly proficient in English Willing to be based in Cikarang, Bekasi   All applications will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
