Responsibilities:
Job Descriptions :
- Handling and managing all of function HRD : Recruitment, Administration, Personnel staff, Compensation & Benefit, Employee relation, HRD policies and SOP, Company regulation, Training Development and General affair matters
- Making policies and procedures (SOP) regarding employment in accordance with labor laws that applicable
- Making company’s organization structure the most appropriate with the condition of company and entitled to make the change of organization structure if necessary
- Prepared budgets and policies in term of Human Resources Development
- Making policies about the Compensation and Benefit employee with group/leveling system for all each positions
- Handling management of the company facilities, assets management, office supplies
- Responsible for the operational and the implementation of company regulation, human resources policies from all business unit in order to achieved the main objectives of the company.
Jobs Responsibilities :
- Develop policies, procedures and implementation of operational related activities of Human Resources matters
- Planning, coordinating and conducting of Human Resources Development Training for all employees to achieve increased productivity and efficiency
- Maintaining good relation with the local government official or other authorities and to be proactive in dealing every challenges and barriers
- Maintaining good relation with the local community to build the corporate image
- Manage and monitoring performance of staff by facilitating Compensation & Benefit, Training and Development for staff
- Implement all procedures and SOP’s and complies with local and national regulations and law
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Law, Psychology background
- Minimum 5 years experience on HRD and GA matters from Manufacture Company at Management level
- Skill in human resources for all of function and general affair matters at Manufacture Company from recruitment, development, termination program or retention program for employee.
- Experience in formulating policies / SOP’s, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
- Knowledge of communication and public relation techniques Managerial skill
- Good Professional & commitment
- Good analytical & conceptual thinking, Strong leadership and high integrity
- Understanding about ISO 9000;2008 will be an advantage
